Shipping & Returns
EASY 30 DAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want to make things easy for you so will happily refund or exchange your full-priced products, within 30 days of delivery! The product must be perfect condition, unworn with original tags & packaging.
If you do want to return the item you purchased for any reason, please send us an email at email@example.com. We will respond to your email within 24 hours and give you all of the return instructions. You will need to cover the cost of returning the item/s to us and we do recommend adding tracking to your return delivery.
Allow up to 3 weeks for the receipt and processing of your return. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment. You’ll receive confirmation by email when your return is completed. .
If there is a product fault, we will happily meet consumer rights and exchange or refund your item.
We offer $5 shipping to all New Zealand non-rural addresses.
Delivery to a rural delivery is $10.
Shipping to Australia is $15 per order.
We track all orders to New Zealand.
Australian orders are not tracked. If you would like tracked delivery please let us know and we can obtain a quote for you.
Order processing time
Orders will be sent within 3 working days.
How long does shipping take?
We use New Zealand Post for delivery of orders. Within New Zealand the estimated time is between 1-4 business days. For Australian orders please allow up to 2 weeks on average.
